Swale Borough Council Community support line
Our community support line is now open to support people who need to self-isolate during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and who don’t have friends or family to support them.
This service has been set up to support those that don’t have anyone else to help, as demand on the service is high and we need to make sure we prioritise those that are most vulnerable and are in greatest need.
If someone is:
- over 70
- under 70 with underlying health conditions
- self-isolating because you have symptoms, or live with someone with symptoms
and has no friends or family nearby who can help with things like food shopping or topping up prepay meters, they can call us on 01795 417525.
The line is open from:
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday
- 9am to 4:30pm Friday
- 10am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday, and bank holidays.
Outside these times contact the Kent Together helpline at www.kent.gov.uk/KentTogether or by calling 03000 41 92 92.
